Our coaching and mentoring programmes get staff using practical coaching skills in their day-to-day work. We have also worked with organisations to help them maximise these results, by supporting them to develop a coaching culture.
Leaders as coaches programme
This two- or three-day certificated coaching or mentoring skills programme is for leaders and managers. You will learn how to use a coaching and mentoring approach in your daily leadership and management conversations. Our clients have found this has improved performance and made team meetings more effective.
Setting up and evaluating a mentoring service
Here’s an example of how we can help:
‘Andry supported a working group of staff to design and pilot a mentoring scheme within one of the departments. Staff commented that without Andry’s advice and facilitation, they would not have got the pilot up and running within such a short timescale. 15 mentoring pairs were established and an interim evaluation of the pilot indicates that the scheme is a success. With mentees commenting that they were benefiting from impartial advice and career guidance as well as from feedback from an alternative viewpoint.’

Train the trainer for coaches
If you want an even more cost-effective approach, we can work with you to develop your own internal coaching trainers. Your coaching trainers can then deliver our certificated coaching programmes in-house. This is a cost-effective and powerful way to get all your staff using coaching skills at work, every day.
Develop a coaching culture
Developing a coaching culture can have a significant positive impact on performance and on job fulfillment too. We find that embedding a coaching approach into appraisals and management supervision systems is a practical way to build that culture. We work with you to identify how you can generate a culture where coaching becomes a valuable tool for change.
Support for your internal coaching teams
This is a creative and helpful way to ensure that internal organisational coaches remain ‘baggage free’, professional and highly motivated. We enable each internal coach to use listening, questioning and other coaching and mentoring skills to explore and find solutions for coaching challenges.
