‘We worked with the Learning Moment to develop and run seven focus groups between December 2016 and January 2017 to gain feedback from staff following the annual Staff Survey 2016…

The planning and communication were excellent throughout and Andry was very sensitive to organisational needs and she was considerate and impartial when working with our staff during the focus group sessions. Andry was also adaptive and flexible whilst running the sessions and recording feedback making suggestions to ensure we gained coverage from as many staff as possible…
